We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and a $150 non-refundable fee for the second. Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. We allow pets up to 75 pounds each, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please contact our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
